Fitness Program

Our staff has many years of experience in both fitness and tennis. We specialize in building the complete athlete. We focus on balancing on-court tennis training with strength, speed/plyometrics and cardiovascular training, making sure that we do not under-train or over-train our athletes.

We frequently test our students to see where there strengths are and where they may have room to improve. It is important to note that our fitness program is appropriately adapted for the various ages of the different groups.
